Team Peugeot TotalEnergies has announced that Alex Quinn will become its full-time racing driver from 2027. The multi-year deal sees the Briton move from a testing and development role to the racing squad in 2026.

Quinn made his Peugeot 9X8 debut at the WEC rookie test in Bahrain in November 2025. His technical feedback in subsequent tests and joint development activities with the team are cited as reasons for expanding his role.

Peugeot also counts the pilot's 2026 IMSA LMP2 championship among the sporting pillars of the new agreement. Quinn's existing knowledge of the car will provide continuity to the team's Hypercar development program for 2027.
