GAZOO Racing announced its plan to add the A80 Supra's instrument panel to its GR Heritage Parts program on March 23, 2026. The aim is to make it easier for classic cars to remain in use by reintroducing discontinued original parts.
The panel covers the large cabin part that extends from the section above the steering wheel to the front passenger side. Toyota aims to recreate the original texture while using up-to-date materials to combat cracking and shrinkage problems that can occur on surfaces that have been left under the sun for years.
The development schedule aims for market launch in autumn 2026. The part is planned to be supplied in Japan through GR Garage, Toyota dealers and JMS. The scope of the program has reached more than 300 parts that have been remanufactured for eight models.
