The BMW M Award trophy car of the 2026 MotoGP season has been announced as the new M2 xDrive. The car was shown at the Balaton Park circuit at the Hungarian Grand Prix. This example is prepared with the BMW Individual Borusan Turkish Blue exterior color.
The four-wheel drive M2's inline six-cylinder engine uses M TwinPower Turbo technology. BMW explains 0–100 km/h acceleration as 3.7 seconds. Becky Evans and Jorge Martín also attended the track demonstration with the car at the event.
The M Award system distributes points based on the ranking results of each race weekend. The MotoGP rider with the most qualifying points at the end of the season will win the car. The June announcement confirms the prize vehicle and seasonal judging method, not the winner.
