Opel, Stellantis Germany and VGP held the roofing ceremony of the grEEn-campus project in Rüsselsheim. Once the basic structure of the administration building is largely completed, interior work begins in stages.

The 114 thousand square meter project gathers work areas on the same campus with research and innovation activities. The new building is being developed to house Opel's global headquarters and Stellantis' German headquarters.

Photovoltaic systems and geothermal sources stand out in the building's energy approach. The company expects construction works to be completed in the second half of 2027; Flexible working order is also among the planned usage features of the campus.
