The Porsche 99X Electric, which Pascal Wehrlein used in the 2025-2026 Formula E season, started to be exhibited at the Porsche Museum. Wehrlein won the drivers' championship in the London final on 16 August. The car on display represents this season's unique racing vehicle.

After the preparations in Weissach, the 99X was transported to Zuffenhausen with a trailer pulled by Cayenne Turbo Electric. Porsche uses this pairing to describe the transfer of racing technology to the road car; Direct oil cooling of the rear electric motor is one example.

The historical colors of the car refer to the brand's 75-year racing history. The Raceborn special exhibition has been announced as open until January 17, 2027. The news confirms the race car's new exhibition location; The visit schedule is limited to the period announced.
