Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group introduced the Concours concept in the USA, which combines car storage and club use. The first two locations were announced as West Palm Beach and Dallas. Openings are planned from 2028.
The projects will include a total of 44 privately owned automobile studios, 22 for each city. Areas between 250 and 560 square meters are designed for vehicle storage, work and social use. Air conditioning, mezzanine floor and private bathroom are parts of the described layout.
Membership-based Clubhouse adds shared space to individual studios. Gensler for Dallas and Urban Robot Associates for West Palm Beach are involved in the architectural work. This announcement does not describe the services of a completed business, but rather two real estate projects with development and opening plans.
