According to Porsche's announcement dated September 1, 2026, GT3 Bergsport was developed on the basis of the current 911 GT3 Touring. The series prepared for Austria, France, Italy and Switzerland is limited to a total of 100 vehicles.

A six-speed manual transmission and a lightness package form the basis of the driving-oriented equipment. The special body color named Valleygreenmetallic is inspired by the Alpine geography. The manufacturer announced the Arosa ClassicCar event on September 4, 2026 for the first demonstration.
