Porsche PCCM Plus expands with new generation for 2009–2016 models

The new generation of Porsche Classic Communication Management Plus has been introduced for certain 911, Boxster and Cayman cars from model years 2009–2016. The two new devices are offered from Porsche centers in line with the 987.2, 997.2, 981 and 991.1 series.

The seven-inch touch screen is integrated into the vehicle architecture. Individual vehicle settings are retained while control is supported by the factory-fitted multifunction steering wheel. Navigation guidance and music information can also be transferred to the dashboard.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect wirelessly. DAB, Bluetooth streaming, 4G supported SIM slot and remote map update are among the announced connectivity features. Visual distance display is added to acoustic parking aid on Boxster and Cayman; Compatibility should be checked against the specific model series.
