In the Indianapolis 8 Hour race, Turner Motorsport's number 29 BMW M4 GT3 EVO came third overall and first in the Pro Cup class. Robby Foley, Connor De Phillippi and Justin Rothberg shared the car.

This result brought Foley and Rothberg the GT World Challenge America season title. After winning the previous two Pro-Am championships, the duo took the championship in their first season in the Pro Cup. The BMW release states that the race is being held on the weekend of October 8–10.

The same statement also includes the season results of Schubert Motorsport and Adrenalin Motorsport Team Mainhattan Wheels in the NLS. Jens Klingmann's third drivers' title in the Italian GT Sprint category adds to the closing week of BMW customer teams in the different series.
