Volkswagen announced the Golf GTI EDITION 50's lap of 7 minutes and 44.523 seconds on the Nordschleife. Test and development driver Benjamin Leuchter used the 20.832 kilometer circuit layout. The news is based on a single lap run reported by the manufacturer.
